Privacy policy

Tagay is a guide to bars, clubs and events in the Philippines, run by Squared Sums Pte Ltd ("we", "us"). You can read the whole guide without an account, and we collect as little about you as we can.

What we collect

• When you browse: our servers see your IP address and browser, as every website's do. We use them only to deliver pages and keep the site secure. Our analytics count visits without cookies or personal data.
• When you contact us: your name, email address and message, so we can reply and fix what you report.
• If you have an account: your email address, and your name and photo if you add them. Accounts are for the people who maintain the guide; visitors don't need one.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. We share it only with the providers that host the site, store files and send email for us, and only so they can do that work. They may process it outside the country you live in. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

Cookies

We set a cookie to remember your language, your browser remembers your theme, and if you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in. We use none of them for tracking.

How long we keep it

Messages you send us: up to 2 years. Account details: until you delete your account, which you can do from your settings; it is removed 30 days later. Server logs: only as long as we need them to run and secure the site.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can complain to a data protection authority, such as Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission. Email [email protected] or write to Squared Sums Pte Ltd, 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Centre, Singapore 068914.
