Boracay's best craft cocktails, from a thatched bar inside Percy Seafood at Seaworthy. David Ong (The Curator) built the menu around local fruit and spirits: Sink or Swim (vodka, mangosteen, coconut), Sunseeker (bourbon, mango) and Float On (basi, tepache). Calm, not clubby, and the oysters are worth ordering.
