A natural-wine bar from the Some Love importers (Justin and Vanessa Apolonio), lit by a neon sign of arms hugging bottles: deliberately not the dark, wood-panelled wine-bar look. Staff pick bottles by mood rather than by appellation, so describe what you like and let them choose. The kitchen leans on fermentation and curing, and it runs chef residencies and pop-ups.

Research notes

Included in Tatler's 'Where to drink wine in Metro Manila' (7 Jul 2026), which confirms it operates and gives the residency and mood-based service details. Tatler's 2025 listing says it opens at 4pm with weekend lunch but gives no closing time, so hours=null. The older Inquirer hours (2022) were not used. Website bibio.mnl did not resolve. Glass prices read off the by-the-glass chalkboard visible in the 2025 Tatler photo (orange ₱520, rosé ₱590, red ₱46x); may have changed. Photo shows the bar, wine fridges and counter seating.
