The Blind Pig
MTWTFSS

Manila's original speakeasy (2011), now in Legazpi Village: find the braille-studded door and settle into a dim, jazzy room. Head bartender Tog Exconde trained with Milk & Honey alumni and keeps a short, classic-leaning list (Smokey Old Bastard, Tog & Jerry). The move here is 'bartender's choice'.

Go Mon–Thu from 8pmQuiet enough to talk to the bartender and get a proper bespoke drink.
Research notes

Moved from Salcedo St to Windsor Tower, Legazpi Village. Hours from Bar Magazine 2026; bar deliberately avoids social media.
