A tiny mezzanine bar run by a Japanese-wine importer, with seats for roughly six around one counter. Each month it pours four to six bottles from Yamanashi, Nagano, Yamagata and Hokkaido, by the glass or as a flight, with Hokkaido cheese on the side. Take the flight and let the owners walk you through koshu and the other grapes you won't find elsewhere in Manila.

Go Mon–Thu from 6pmThere are two fixed seatings for about six people, and the early one leaves time to go through the whole flight without rushing.
