Manila's original listening bar, opened in 2017 by David Ong's team: a wall of vinyl, a selector at the decks and restored 1970s JBL speakers doing the work. It pours speciality coffee in the afternoon and turns to cocktails at night, often with savoury twists such as truffle or mustard. Order from the current list and ask the selector for a record rather than shouting over the music.

Go Tue–Thu from 8pmBefore the room fills you can actually hear the records on the big speakers, which is the point of the place.

Hours Tue–Sun 2pm–1am, closed Mon, per Bar Magazine Manila guide (updated Oct 2026). What's On Manila (2026) instead gives bar hours to 1am Tue–Thu and Sun, 2am Fri–Sat, and reports a new 15-drink menu, 'Everything Is a Remix', launched May 2026 (not independently confirmed). Delish (Jul 2026) lists David Ong as running Oto, confirming it trades in 2026. Not in the existing guide. Its old Asia's 50 Best placements (2019–2022) are history, not current rankings.
